Shipping Policy

We ship from our warehouse in Winnipeg, Manitoba to outdoor enthusiasts right across Canada. Here is what to expect when you order from us.

Free shipping over $99

Orders over $99 ship free anywhere in Canada. For orders under $99, standard shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the size of your package. You will see the exact amount before you confirm your order.

When your order ships

Most orders leave our Winnipeg warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order is on its way, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

If you order on a weekend or a holiday, your order will be processed the next business day. During busy seasons or after big sales, processing can occasionally take an extra day, and we will let you know if anything is delayed.

Delivery times across Canada

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days to most addresses in Canada. A few things affect that timeline:

• Customers in major urban centres usually see the faster end of that range
• Rural addresses and smaller communities may take a few extra days
• Northern communities, including locations in the territories and remote parts of the provinces, can take noticeably longer depending on the carrier and the season

Weather, carrier delays, and customs inspections for certain regulated items can also affect delivery. If something seems stuck, email us and we will help track it down.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses across all Canadian provinces and territories. We do not currently ship outside of Canada, including to the United States.

Restricted products

Some products in our catalogue cannot be shipped to every province or territory due to legal requirements or manufacturer restrictions. A few common examples:

• Garmin devices sold in our store are Canadian-spec only and are restricted from shipping outside Canada
• Certain bear sprays, fuels, and other regulated items have provincial restrictions on shipping methods or destinations
• Some knives and tools are restricted in specific provinces

If a product cannot be shipped to your address, you will see a notice at checkout before you pay. If you have already ordered something that turns out to be restricted to your area, we will reach out and offer a full refund or an alternative product.

Address changes and missed deliveries

Double-check your shipping address before you check out. Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute it. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, with any additional shipping costs covered by the customer.
